Has anybody ever dyno'd a Smarty Jr?

Revo adjustments vary from one software to another. torque 4 on the latest is different than tq 4 on the 5.08 for sure.
I would be curious to see if there was anyone with an '03-'04 six speed that has dynoed. But then again with my mods I am not stock anymore. I guess that explains why I had such a hard time finding a '03 long box six speed. We have to be the minority.

386 hp / 707ft-lbs with just a drop in air filter at the time on level 3.
With this colder weather I hit 43 psi the other day. I have my commander setup to start flashing at me if I go over 41 or 42. EGTs have always been low with the Jr. Great product.

I dyno'ed my 04.5 with 350,000 kms about 6 months ago. It was @ Martins shop @ AFI at an event with the abdtr chapter. With a stock paper air filter and stock original exhaust (cat still intact) I put out 398 to the rear wheels with just a smarty jr on high. No idea of what boost or egt's because I don't have gauges for my work truck. Bought the truck new and now has 370,000 kms! I like the smarty jr..... Not sure what version of smarty jr I have! Bought it about 2 years ago and have been happy ever since.

A friend of mine had to play it easy on his truck for a few weeks so he let me borrow his Smarty Jr, I loved the power, but when I dynoed it on the 3rd performance setting it only did 316 hp which is only 50 over what I usually do (266 stock with old exhaust and turbo), but I had just finished putting in an He 351 and 4" (600 series) exhaust so that should have taken some out of it. The best I dynoed was 443 with the smarty jr on 3 and the Quad on what should have been 60hp but usually gives me 370 hp.
Something is screwy but I don't know what, even my Quad gives weird power gains on my truck.

Dually dog correct me if I am wrong you saw only 316 hp with the Jr on perf with the 351 and 4" exhaust? You truck is similar to mine. That is only a 50hp increase (but with old turbo). What kind of boost did you see with the Jr? What do you usually see? I can see over 35psi on perf or tow. Some people have said that the Jr on perf on the early trucks gives more like 130hp. The only diff I see on our mods is airbox and intake horn. You have a dually too. Not sure how much diff that makes.

CR Tony, that would be correct. I did see 39 to 42 psi with the Jr and the Quad on. If we were going by seat of the pants dyno then the sucker felt closer to 370 by itself but the dyno day at Halthom City, TX said otherwise. Even if it only gained 50 I'm still craving one for myself.

I put down 3 500 hp runs with afe, exaust, jr and dr.p (from 503-524) i found that difficult to belive so i took it to a different dyno and put down 3 runs from 483-489 i believe

I dynoed my jr last year before I updated to the new Revo 5.08. See results in my Sig. My 1/4 mile time is setting 3 but with a mild torque setting to go easy on tranny. By the seat of my pants I know the Revo tune is stronger and setting the torque to most aggresive is an even more noticable seat of the pants kick! I love this smarty with the revo.

I dont have the dyno sheets to show the pics on this computer but:
All uncorrected, at 2700' and 95* ambient air temp.
Stock: 284/519
SW1 TM4 TQ2: 296/610
SW1 TM2 TQ2: 290/591
SW3 TM4 TQ2: 382/703
SW3 TM2 TQ2: 383/708
Corrected
Stock: 324/592
SW1 TM4 TQ2: 338/695
SW1 TM2 TQ2: 328/675
SW3 TM4 TQ2: 436/802
SW3 TM2 TQ2: 438/809
I dont have any good SW2 numbers becuase that was when SW2 and SW3 had the same power. I was doing test dyno's for Marco/Bob before Marco got his in-shop dyno.
Some where I have TM3 numbers, but cant find them. I think it was a bit lower than TM2.
For reference SW1 really shines from 1600-2800 rpms, tq averages almost 100over stock in that rpm band. It proably starts around 1400 or so, but the lower rpm data is hard to obtain on a dyno. SW3 pulls away from SW1 at 1800 rpms, and never comes close again. Where SW1 is virtually stock from 2800+.
