Wow....though there are many many write ups on this,

Boost will be taken from the manifold,

The exhaust needs to be tapped between #5-6 but we did mine between 4&5 since we couldnt get back there without a 90* drill. Tap it while using oil and a vacuum to pick up shavings. Tap to the correct sive and install per directions.

Fuel pressure the easy way is to replace the filter lid with an aluminum lid from genos which is tapped already. Or if you have the knowledge and money you can install a braided stainless setup between the filter and cp3 like Banshee and John P and Masonic Dodge did for me.

Good luck!!!!

You'll get one of these with your ISSPRO guages http://www.dieselmanor.com/dm_products/DM-BSTBLT.asp

Just keep the engine idling when you drill and tap and the shavings will blow right out... Saves the turbo...

Yeah...
Block the tail pipe a little, it gives back compression, blows all that stuff out. Check out this thread, we were talking about it last night...

I started with a very small deill bit, worked my way up using grease on the bit to collect shavings, cleaning often. When I was doe I spun the turbo with my finger to make sure nothing was jammed, THEN started it up to blow out any crap. Did the same after tapping.

Up to you though...
