Question Pyro guage installation?

Going to install Pyro guage along with Trans. temp, and Boost. Question: Which Pyro guage is best, pre turbo or post turbo? I purchased ISSPRO guages from the ISSPRO here in Portland Or. They gave me the post turbo which is installed on the exhaust down pipe which is supposed to be drilled out and have a coupler welded in, of course to do this I have to remove the pipe. The other application is easier to get to {pre turbo}. So which is the most accurate. Also the Trans. temp has no instructions that give me any option locations to install the sending unit. I really don't want to drop the tranny pan and weld in the unit as leaks might occur then I would end up doing the job again. So if anyone has another location for the sending unit for the tranny temp it would be appreciated. I would be thankful for any technical response.

Reelay,
I'm going to install a X-Monitor and have found this post. It may help you. I'm going to use the test port. We'll see how it reads.

put the probe pre turbo. very easy to do. I dont think installing the trans temp probe is a pressure test port is a good idea. trans pan and line to the cooler would be better and more accurate imho.

Pre-turbo is the only way to go.
I've moved quite a few senders from post to pre, but never the opposite for good reason.
