The rattle is not normal are they loose or something. Maybe there is something shaking around somewhere.

Should not rattle and the turbo should spike at around 36 psi on an '06.

The rattle could be one of the wires, connectors or gauge lines rattling against the housing. I have a windshield pod and mine buzzes right at 1000 rpm. I think it's one of the wires, connectors or gauge lines vibrating against the housing.

I just installed isspro gauges last weekend and my fuel pressure isolater buzzed at certain rpms. I then moved the banjo bolt fitting from the inlet of the cp3 to the outlet of the filter housing, and the buzz is gone. Wasn't sure if one of your gauges was fp or not, but if so that seems like the most common source for the buzz. Also, your boost sounds about right to me.

some dipricol gauges have been known to rattle, mine does it with the exhaust brake on and high rpm. call your vendor, he may replace it for you.

I have the Dipricol gauges on the pillar of my stock '06 and the boost gauge rattles as well. I assumed it was normal, but now I will take it out and check to see that everything is tight. My boost peaks at about 32#.

Stop the rattles

I cured my rattles with the following:

- I drilled 3 places, 2 small holes on my piller mount about 3/8 of an inch apart and zip tied from the back side, place a few small pieces of felt in between the pieces this will keep them from vibrating.- Wrap the bezels with a single wrap of black tape, may have to use a fine rat-tail file to make a little room.- Lock tite on all nuts- ran my wires through 1/2 inch foam rubber insulation. Very quiet!

The rattle in mine was the nuts holding the gauge were not as tight as it should have been. If you can turn the gauge inside of the pod then it's not tight enough. But DO NOT over tighten. You will get a crack in the pod
