I have my WG clamped way down and still only get about 30 psi at 400 rwhp, I could pull 35 in the same load with the stocker. The Garrett does more with less.

If i push on it real hard with a trailer I can get 40 but you can tell the wg is open. I'm just going to drive it for a while and see . I have only put on 50 miles. I'm still in hay season so I don't have much time to play with the truck.

As odd as it sounds, (no pun intended), the truck now sounds like it has a slight lope to it like it has a mild cam in it.

I got to take the truck for a 250 mile real drive today. I'm real happy I pulled grades with lower egt's than I have ever did before . Pasing truck faster and with lower egt's. Nice turbo thats all i have to say.

One question for those of you that live where it has gotten cold since your install. Do you notice a faster warm up due to the exhaust housing cooling? I know that my cruising temps are down, but the other morning it got cold here (55F) and I notice the truck seemed to warm up a bit quicker.

Only the bearing is water cooled, not the housing.

I really haven't noticed much of a difference on warm-up, but theory dictates it will be slower to warm up becuase the air flows easier thru the head and doesn't have as long to warm things up. I have noticed I run cooler on coolant when pulling.

I would say that it definately does not warm up any faster. I am in Iowa where it actually gets cold in the winter, not in Texas like you lucky fella. LOL. I have not noticed it warm up any faster. I wish I could be in the south though so I wouldn't have to worry about warm ups.

Hey, will you do me a favor and take a peek at your compressor outlet, should have an a/r stamped in it. What's it say?
