Question FCA help

Anyone know what size torx screws hold the fca on? I cant seem to find the perfect fit.

ok well i got the size T-25, but man those thing are on there! Whats the best way to get them out? T-25 screwdriver defin. is not the way!

I usually use a ratchet with the torx adapter. Be careful to not strip them!

before i take it of the cp3, is there anything i should do first? im not going to have fuel spraying all over am i? How much extra fuel can i expect the DIY mod to flow?

No you are OK, it will drip some fuel out of the case when you remove the FCA, but thats about it. As for the increase flow, I am not sure how much more you can expect. I have never done just that mod.

Who sells a modified FCA and is it worth wild on a basicly stock truck.Does it hurt fuel mileage? What gains do you get/feel?

I don't think anyone sells a modified FCA. It is a mod you do with a cut off wheel to allow a little more fuel flow from the CP3 pump.
I havent done it yet, I am a little woried about surging problums

Thought I came across a post/thread were a shop eaither sold them or modified yours with a way to really polish it and a precise cut etc.

i beleive the website is called psi components. they sell an arson kit for the
cp3. which consists of a new fca and who knows what else. it sells for alot so i dont think anybody has gotten one. the dealership sells fca's for about 200, last time i bought one.
