edge ez-engine light came on

edge ez-engine light came on
Just installed edge ez in 05' and first time I started it the engine light came on and won't go out. Any ideas on whats up and how to fix it. It runs fine but that light is unsettling.

It will go out after about 5 cycles of driving, seems like 5-10 mile trips are needed not just restarting it a bunch. The code will still be "set" you just won't see the MIL (malfunction indicator lamp)
