I see these adds in my diesel magazine for the edge juice w/att now with turbo cool down. I know when i got mine it didnt have this option. can i get my reprogrammed for this? if so it will save me a few bucks and one less thing to find a place to mount.

From what I've read this is an option only for the 06 and up models,but I may be wrong!

 

I don't think reprogramming would do it. It has a seperate wiring harness that ties in to the key switch.

 

This is an '06 thing.

 

That feature alone is worth $200+.

 

The J/A on my 01 had cool down timers and so does my 06. I would at least call Edge and see if they could send you a reprogrammed module with a diff harness.
Its a feature I use numerous times everyday.

Do you set the cool down time or the shutdown temp?

 

With the option to do either, I prefere to use the temp, set at 330*.

sent a email to edge. that feature is only for the 2006 right now. he doesnt know if its in the works for anything else. supply and demand. if people start demanding it, then they have to supply it.
