turbo cooldown

OK everybody. Here's a dome scratcher.

Awhile back I read a thread with a couple links to items that would keep the engine running when you "shut down" to cool the turbo before the engine actually shuts off. I found one type at Geno's, but there was another that I was interested in. (If you still have no idea what I'm talking about, look here: http://216.167.41.9/CoastalData/show...61&CATID=1)

This particular one can be set for a set time , but the other one actually sensed the turbo temp and shutdown when it got below 300 degrees. ;D This is the one I want, but I can't find anything about it again. :'( Can anyone help?!?

Re:turbo cooldown

Could the manufacturer be Isspro? I think I recall seeing that before.

Re:turbo cooldown

Isspro is the one that hooks to an EGT thermocouple and will shut down at a predetermined temperture.

Re:turbo cooldown

Thanks Kat!! ;D I found it after a little looking, but it's the Turbo Temp Monitor for about $178. Thanks for the point in the right direction. ;D ;D

-SFB
