driveshaft angle ???

I was hoping someone that has a mega cab might also have a " angleometer" if that's what it's called.

I need to know the angle of the drive shaft between the transfer case and carrier bearing.

I called the dealer but, they don't have that info

I would measure my fathers '08 for you but it is a one piece drive shaft.

really ? I'm surprised they went with a one piece. You'd think you'd get a lot more vibration from that.

thanks anyway.

I really like the aluminum driveshaft on the '08 - I want one!

A year ago I could have told you the angle off the top of my head. Can't remember exactly right now, but it seem s to me it's only about 1/2 degree. Its almost in line with the tc, and the back part of the driveshaft has steeper angles.

I wil dig up my angle meter and give you a better number. I just got to find it again.

No, I installed a custom drop bracket that's fully adjustable. I didn't think to look at the angle before removing the old drop.

Plus, it's required to have a angle and not be perfectly straight for the u-joints to work right
