I have an 04 not a 04.5. I think I have the SO, but I am not sure how to find out if I have the HO.
Anyone know?

 

two ways, read the valve cover for the HP if it says 305 you have a HO or check the 8th digit of the vin. A 6 is the SO, a C is the HO

I just changed my oil a couple of weeks ago. In the last 100,000 miles I have only done four oil changes. I use Amsoil oil and Amsoil or Donaldson Endurance Oil filters. Amsoil and Donaldson Endurance are the exact same media inside.

Here's the Amsoil oil filter that I removed cut open after having 27,600 miles of use.
