Question DIY CP3 kit choices

I have a thought that a DIY CP3 kit may help me get more out of my current set-up which you can see in my signature below, I also have a HE351CW turbo on the bench waiting for install. I have no electronics or downloads on the truck currently, I do have a Bully Dog TD E3 from a friend to either sell or try on my truck, not sure which yet, not saying that a Smarty Jr. couldn't be in my future somewhere either. I have read most of the threads and bashing on the kits available, all people problems aside, which kit would you put on this truck if it was yours? The mileage on the stock CP3 is 70,000 if that matters. This truck is only used for hauling a rather heavy, large 5th wheel. I have read up on Wicked, Floor It and Industrial Injection kits, they all seem to have 3 and or 4 piece kits available but some say the 4 piece kits may be to much for a 70,000 stock pump, what do you think?

I went with wicked kit and 163k on mine. I noticed smoother power curve and just a touch more on the top end. I think they are all good kits just which one you choose is up to you.

I owned the Industrial Injection dual feed line kit for a little while and it did nothing noticeable for my 05. Around here Arson, and Floor It are like Dodge and Chevy, both well proven its up to personal preference as to which you choose. Industrial is more like Ford's car line.

Thanks for all the info, probably will go with Wicked. Now just a question of Arson II or III, not planning on going nuts with the truck, been there done that and had a real slap of reality when the piston 3 holed, just want good sound clean tow power. I am leaning toward Arson II for my application. Anybody have any reasons why I should get the Arson III or the Arson II kit?

I think that II will be fine for what you have right now. If you plan ong going larger on the injectors & possibly a programmer, I would get the III. It if were me, I would just get the III. I know me, & later would be bigger & better stuff. Just never enough HP for me.

I had a floor it FCA and was making a ticking so I swapped for stock and it quite making sound. I tried to get another Floor it FCA and wasn't having any luck contacting him so I bought a II bag o parts. First thing I noticed holding the two next to each other is Floor it's has the inlet/outlet machined out on both FCA and Gear drive and II are stock size. FWIW II looks like a bag of stock parts to me.

With what you have, you just don't need more than your stock CP3. You only need it when you get over a 100HP injector, otherwise it is a waste of money.

Id get rid of the E3 if you want extra power. that was designed for economy.
