Disappointed in ATS, anyone else having issues?

We have two trucks (not the ones in my sig) with built ATS transmissions. both have been down several times for warranty transmission work in the last year. The last time our truck was down for over a month while ATS "fixed" the lasted breakdown of their awesome transmissions. Then our 2nd truck started having issues. This time the whole truck was sent up there for warranty and came back with in two weeks. and after driving it for less than a week, its messing up again. Im hesitant to send it up there, because I cant be with out it for very long. These two trucks are stock and pull small bumper pull trailers.
So whats up? I feel like we wasted a ton of money and down time putting these trannys in our trucks and they keep failing. Any help here?

I've had nothing but great success with ATS and my transmission. I e-mailed one of my friends there, I'll try to get back to you with a good POC to get this sorted out.

Like Mark, I have been running ATS Transmissions in all of my Dodge CTD Pickup Trucks since 2000 and have never had any issues with them. This includes my 1996 Dodge CTD Drag Truck which is close to 850 H.P. and regularly runs on the drag strip.

I would suggest you call Mike Meinecke, Shop Supervisor @ ATS and talk personally with him Sir. He is a great guy and I know he will help you out.

It shouldn't have taken extra assistance from the site to do it right initially.

There was no extra assistance, just a hand getting the two parties to communicate properly...... A LOT of issues stem from a lack of communication and it can be one or the others fault or even a combination of each.....

The important thing to remember is to keep a cool head and communicate your issue in a manner that is conducive to success

Finally got issues resolved. Took too many failures and too many trips up there, but glad they stood behind it. Back on the road again.

Roughstock:

Thanks so much for the update!

Glad to hear ATS took care of you. As I said in my earlier posts, both Mark and I have had great service from them as well as many other customers and I knew they would take care of you.
