Im trying to update a triple dog but when I try to run the update agent I keep getting an error message saying internet connection failed then it locks up. I know its not the computer because I have tryed 3 different ones. Thanks

 

There have been several folks having problems lately. I think some folks had the new update and emailed it around. Try a search for "Bullydog updates" within the last 10 days.

I have slow dial up, so it took like 45 minutes to let the Updater "re-update" itself. All the while it kept saying that it had to shut it self down in order to install new updates, so I just kept clicking "ok". Finally went through.

Then it took three hours to get the 2.4.1 with CL.

I updated mine on Friday evening and didn't have any trouble at all. I have dial-up and it took 6 minutes to do it. I downloaded 2.4.1

 

Seems to be working now...

 

i got the out look so do i just plug it in and hit the bully dog site and does it tell you what the updates are as far as tunning wise new to the diesle tunning so clueless to be honest

 

I updated mine last week with no problems. Just make sure you take your truck back to stock, connect the Tripple dog to the computer with the USB cable and run the update agent.
