did the 22.5, bummed on ride. need advice

Once again, the axle isn't being twisted - the caster angles through the upper & lower ball joint axes are moving independently.
Since you worked in an alignment shop for so long, surely you must have observed this phenomenom directly.

Great! Good to hear you found the problem. If they had been on a semi truck, they may have seated, but on the Dodge, they never would have. See, the 22.5s ride good if everything is right.

how'd you seat them? pump em up to 120+ psi and wait for them to seat?
