Defueling need help.

I need help understanding how to reconigze when a truck is defueling.

IS there any electronics that can read this info ??

If truck is defueling how can this be corrected ??

Sorry for all the questions I'm a rookie. The reason I ask is because of the low numbers on my dyno and the info Ihave read on the forum.

SW-8:HP-503.48 / TQ:1035.41

graph shows a quick drop off.

Somthing else i noticed, since i had my entire tranny replaced,(related to another issue) if I atempt to do a burn out, the truck will start out fine,as soon as it goes into second gear it fall off.Not like the first set up once it started spinning look out.I really think i have sever defueling going on.
