This is sad.
This whole DW thing that so many have had just isn't right.
And the answer? Buy new tires, tie rods, ball joints, shocks, steering dampeners... and if that don't fix it, now what?
Many will swear that spending even more money on whathisfaces aftermarket high tech sure fire wobble fixins was the answer to all of their DW problems.
And BFG's and lift kits always leads DW.
What a load of poo...
I guess our modern trucks with their modern parts are designed to go bad @ 40,000 miles?
There is a serious design problem with these trucks.
Even the dealers don't know how to fix them.
If they did, they would have never rolled off the line with DW in the first place.
The only thing I have yet to replace on my 2006 is the steering box.
The DW is almost gone. But thats not good enough.

This is getting expensive and old.
Maybe its time to stop buying parts and save my money for a lawyer?

I wonder how many have wrecked their Rams after having a DW moment?

 

Yea it does sucks they would let this continue and not have a recall. It is pretty scarry when it comes on at 65mph.
