I want add a few mods on a BUDGET to improve my daily driver. I use the truck for work and tow quit few light loads and a heavy one once in a while . the truck is stock but im thinking of these mods and would like your opinions if im headed in the right direction ?

intake -scotty ram air 111
box - quad xzt
eghst - straight pipe
guages- quad recon

took a little research but found a quad supplier in alberta wich hooked me up with quad zxt box and recon guage for 575.00 cdn plus gst, not a bad deal imo for guages and box combo , can i run this mod without moding my intake and eghuast till i have a few more pesos ?

 

You could add for around $70.00 a Rokk Tech sensor. It adds about two degrees of timing. The sop feel is slightly crisper throttle response at the lower end. That might be the end of the low budget mods.......... But you never know.

 

do the tone ring mod for free, get the same as the rocktech and less work imo. do the search. its an easy mod.

 

I ordered the quad stuff just wondering if intake and eghuast are fine stock with the zxt box ?
