My truck has been acting strange lately. I pull commercial and the truck will not build past 30psi of boost when loaded. Even then when on a long grade up a hill the truck begins to surge and buck. At idle my lift pump is putting out 18 psi which I can adjust up or down with my bypass. I dont have a guage on the fuel rail yet. I put new filters in and it still does it. Empty the thing buzzes up to 43 psi of boost quickly. Is my CP3 not putting out enough fuel or do I have a bad fuel rail pressure sensor?
