A/C problems?

Have any of you guys had any problems with your a/c? I just dropped my truck off for the 3rd time. My truck is a 07 5.9 with 8600 miles on it. The owner of the dealership told me today that if they can't get it fixed this time, that we will get chrysler involved and start the whole lemon law deal. That's not what I really wanted to hear, but I guess it is all he can do.

Is it blowing warm air out of the passenger side? If so, I had my truck in 3 times before I gave up. I thought Chrysler would have figured out a way to fix that problem by 07 though

I had a similar issue w/ my a/c. On level 2 it used to freeze me out of the cab. Then all of a sudden it wouldn't work. I drove for an hour with the a/c on high and all it did was blow cooler than atmospheric air. I took the truck to a dealer and they discovered that the recirculation door was broken and laying down, blocking all air flow. They had to replace the recirc door module which was an 8 hour job and required them to r & r the instrument panel (i/p)

Mine went out when it started getting hot in Texas. Go figure! But the dealer gave me a truck Mega with a gooseneck, so it wasnt a huge problem

I think the problem is that the whole A/C unit is not big enough for anything except a single cab.I have to drive my 06 Mega over 25 miles before it starts to cool good.

A couple weeks ago it picked up a strange quirk. The compressor makes the belts chirp bad "SOMETIMES" when you turn the switch on.Of course the dealer could not duplicate

Wow, I didn't realize this many people were having this problem. Mine just stopped blowing cold air all together. I have taken it in 3 times now and the owner of the dealership said if they can't fix it this time that he will get chrysler invovled and start the whole "Lemon Law" process. I really like my truck, but if this happens I will be going back to a 03/04 cobra. I really miss my 03 cobra coupe.
