Bullydog help

I had to take my truck into the dealership so i automatically set back to stock. Now i went to reload the program and it stopped at 54% and i cant even get my stock program back in. It goes to the configuring vehicle screen and just sits there. Anybody have any ideas how to resolve problem, i think theres a loose connection or something in the programmer itself, not sure but sometimes i have to wiggle the adapter to change on the fly. Guess im screwed?

to answer your last question... yep, you are. You'll have to contact BD to resolve it.

If you can, plug it in, get to the main screen. Push the right arrow twice which will take you to a screen that has a bunch of numbers. It should also say " no software present" or something to that affect if the truck is to the stock software. If it doesn't, you still have something loaded.

To take the BD totally back to stock, you have to reset the tires size and all other parameters changed manually.

ps: get yourself a smarty :-)

software

Theres still my stock software in the memory. My stock program number and some other number. I think the problem is it wont communicate with my truck. It tried downloading twice, first time it went to 54% and second time it got to 12%. I think its a connection issue. Anybody have a wiring diagram of the bullydog triple dog programmer? I could figure it out if i did. I will give you five bucks.

I made this mistake when I acquired crazy larry. You MUST GO TO CHANGE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU GO TO UPLOAD now that you have entered the process i suppose your truck wont even run anyways even if you leave the BD off. You have to contact tech support and you will have to plug the PMT into your computer as the tech guy reprograms the firmware.
it happens to the best of us.
