bully dog question

will i mess my tranny up if i set the bully dog power pup on the extreme setting? i have no tranny mods.

just take it easy on the pedal, and you should be fine- stomp on it and there will be a tranny shop visit in your future!

Best mileage will come from the crazy larry programs due to the amount of timing but that is only if you cruise around and no hot rodding.

I ran it on my truck with it set on extreme for about 2 month with some occasional WOT, but nothing to hard and everything seems fine. I was just borrowing it. Just don't do any boosted launches. Me however, I couldn't resist. I only did it twice. Once at 10 psi and the other at 7psi. Fun, but I'm sure it wasn't too good for my tranny

my stock 2004 could not get enough fuel from the lift pump to use the extreme setting.

you could because it was the same on middle & top setting, no difference.
i had to leave it on the middle setting.

at 60k, the dealer said first gear new had about 1 3/4 of adjustment, and mine had over a half inch (barely)

so yeah, it's tough on parts.
