This is a dumb question, but where does the boost fooler install? We got the little black thing from HTT with the turbo. Just a simple plug with a 2 prong connector. Thanks.

 

Not sure about the little black thing, but the boost fooler plugs into the factory map snesor. I haven't ever seen one for less than ~$75 + shipping. I may be missing something here though....

I had a Power Puck and it definately DOES NOT do any boost fooling. Diablo Sport will tell you this also. I plugged a boost fooler in on mine and it made a big difference in the way the truck performed IMO. I have one for sale if anyone is interested.......

I knew thats where the boost fooler plugs, but this is confusing because it's just a 2 prong thing. The problem is that we are gettin only 31 psi on lvl 5 on the hot juice, it could be the wastegate, or the boost fooling software. I'll probably just end up tinkering with the wastegate.

 

I would be inclined to say it was the wastegate, but I'm not 100% sure on that. It seems that you should have much more boost with the hot juice on level 5 especially with an aftermarket turbo. That 2 prong plug is kinda confusing.
