i was driving with bdtd on perf setting.. stock transmisson.. (i know i was askin for it ) just spent money on some 20in rims and put 35x12.5 toyo mt's on it i was driving yesterday when all the sudden the rpms jumped up to about 3g then it went back down.. now today i drive driving it and the truck shifts from 1-2 ok but as soon as it goes for 3rd it just goes into neutral and after a lil while it'll finally shift into 3rd .. and then it does the same for forth. going to nadp soon.. just outta curiosity is that my clutches slipping or my convertor?

 

I would say something in the tranny is not happy. I wouldnt run it anymore until you get something built in there. I experienced the converter slipping in mine when it was stock, feels pretty much like a clutch slipping

 

Sounds like tranny to me.

 

well now the truck wont move.. lol put it in drive and it will only rev to 2000 rpms and it feels like something is stuck.. well new tranny here i come..

 

the little cover that u can remove to look at the converter is all wet with atf fluid so is the underside of the truck lol not good.. im leanin more towards the converter being toast.. it slipped a few times towin my trailer in the winter time on the tow settin 6000lb 30 ft tt

 

also got the the code p 1757 which is that governor thing.. in which i dont understand what it does lol
