anybody buy any blacked out headlights? 05 dodge 3500.
dont want to buy something that dont fit.

Does Recon sell headlights or only taillights?

There is a guy on here by the name of 53 ******, I believe he blacked out his own lights. They looked fantastic and I bet you would save a couple hundred bucks. I'm sure there is a post/write up on the site somewhere. Maybe look in the Wikipedia section.

Those look like there are for the sport model!!! I believe the slt and laramie models are flat on the bottom and the sport has a wavy bottom of the head light assembly where it meets the bumper. I could be wrong

03-05 have the curvy bottom. 06+ are flat on the bottom

These are the same as TexasCTD listed.They fit great.Good price also.

Yes I believe mine are the same lights I posted the link too. I know the co. name is Sabersport. The fit and finish is a perfect match to the originals. As best I can tell, they ARE original lights.......taken apart....painted black and reassembled. Works for me!


Here is a couple of comparison pics.....1st is with the original stock chrome headlights and the 2nd with the black out headlights. I definately prefer the blacked out ones....particularly on my truck. Hope that helped. If you like them, buy them. The quality is fine.
