FWIW, I have Scheid Diesel's aftermarket intercooler on my 1996 Dodge CTD which has twin turbos. It is a very well made unit and is able to withstand high boost with no problems. I have hit 100lbs with mine, although I now have the engine "wastegated" with max boost being between 75-80lbs. I don't know if they have one available yet for the newer third generation trucks but if not they will soon. Mine was alot cheaper than Banks.
