Crazy Larry, TST, EZ stack....yeah so what I did it...

At first I though it was crazy, but then after I drove the truck with the Crazy Larry installed and the EZ on Hi, I thought this has LOTS of room for the TST. Just like the other BDDL programs, the CL falls off hard once the turbo is spooled. I could only get the turbo (SP66) to make 35psi. It usually makes 45 with my normal stack. So, naturally I start turning up the TST. This TST is the original program BTW. I start off on 5/3 and still don't see full boost. I move up to 7/5, WOW! I'm now seeing my 45psi and I can't seem to get the EGT's over 1500. I did a 50mph to 100mph pull on the highway, and the EGT's stayed locked around 1480, and the smoke was rollin like a freight train. It not only runs better than with the old BDDL but now the EGT's are cooler all the time. It runs MUCH better than before. I haven't had any timing knock whatsoever. It's actually quieter now than with the old BDDL on "Performance" and the TST/EZ stack.

Anyone know what version number they are up to on the standard BDDL now?

Do you have the newer TST or something. They say the "twins" program is pretty much the old one, maybe even better...

Yeah, I have the latest soft program now and it doesn’t run very well on my truck. RPM surge, random defueling…weird stuff. Step on the go pedal and I never know what I'm gonna get. I tried the twins version and it didn't do well at all, although I didn’t have the RPM surge passing through 2K RPMs that I have with the soft program. TST put it on an old used box for me to try…..a box that someone had originally returned for some reason. It may have just been a bum box as to why it didn’t run well. I need to get another twins box to try that I know works well.

The original aggressive program that they had when they first released the TST threw a cam code every now and again, but that was the only program that ran problem free on my truck.

I think it's a never-ending process for any type of fueling box that can have the program changed in some fashion.

I figured I would draw alot of attention with this combo...??? Is nobody curious how the TST and Crazy Larry stack or something. I'm getting dynoed this weekend. The thing I'm sooo impressed with over the other BDPP/TST stack is the reduction in EGT's. With the old BDPP I could hit 1700 pretty quick with the TST turned up (7/5) and the BDPP on 90hp. With the Crazy Larry on 230hp and the TST on 7/7 the truck runs unbelievably better, and the EGT's won't hit 1500 on a top speed run. I can run it all the way to the speed limiter and usually see 1480 on a 90 degree day!!!
P.S. All this is done with the EZ on level 3 (highest)

Sure. So, no excessive timing rattle at all? Would think the combo would have a lot of advance unless the CLDL doesn't advance as much as we thought.

With EGTs being lower than with the standard BDDL, how does the SOP power feel? More, less, indifferent?

Anxiously awaiting dyno results!

I AM STACKING THE JUICE AND EZ WITH THE PDPP. LAST FRIDAY STACKED THE JUICE ON 5, EZ ON 2 AND PDPP ON LEVEL 4 (130) ON A MUSTANG DYNO AND HIT 477 HP, 992 TQ AND STAYED AT 1350, PLUS DYNOED WITH 315'S. THE STACK IS AWSOME!!!! AFTER DOWNLOADING THE PDPP MY MILAGE WENT UP TO 20MPG AND 18 AROUND TOWN, SPOOL UP TIME IS MUCH MORE RESPONSIVE. I SHOULD SEND IN AND UPGRADE TO THE CRAZY LARRY.

Stack is good..........
I am running the BDDL standard with the TST Twins program and the TS Ramifier.
The truck runs great even without the TS turned on at all!
50 pounds of boost now and more smoke!
Makes shifting around town alot nicer with more fuel down low.

Smokes pretty bad. Spool up time is much faster, so I don't have near the smoke I had with just the hot juice and ez.
