"What new wheels?"
22.5's with adapters is about 2600.00 from chromewheel.com. I guess thats not to bad compared with 4400.00 for 19.5's. I guess that tire wear is much better with the 22.5's also. Almost double from what I've heard.

4400 was for forged alloy wheels with tires with shipping and taxes to canada, I'm pretty sure...
2600 was for the 22.5 alcoa floatation wheels, with lug nut covers and center caps. And the 8 to 10 lug adapters needed to bolt these wheels to our trucks. I don't think that this included shipping. I priced a set of tires from the local les schwab, toyo 255/70/22.5's were about 255.00 each.
$2400 with tires for 19.5" from les schwab... Went got a quote today for vision type 81 wheels and some kind of agressive tires... 245/70r19.5 tires.. i might be going this way i jus need a job first so i can get some cash...

You would probably be better off running a regular 22.5 with a wider offset and try to find a more normal size tire.

It would be a hard fit, but IMO the 385's would look awesome on a 3rd gen. I'm gonna try to make it work

On the American Force website they show a stock heigh F-350 with 22.5" and "traction tires". Any idea what kind of tires they are?
I plan on running a 22.5" wheel with as wide a tire as possible and no lift. I will let you guys know if any cutting is involved. My truck is an '06 Megacab 3500 DRW 4x4.
