Help on 3rd Gen 4x4 17' alloy SRW wheel fitment on my 92 D250 2WD SRW?
Hello guys? I'm getting different answers from all over the place and don't know what is the correct anymore!
I have a mint Dodge CTD 1992 D250 2wd with single rear wheels.
I wanted to know if my 2007 Dodge CTD 2500 4x4 quad cab SRW alloy wheels use the same 2" bolt on spacers front and rear as what you guys are using on the W250 4x4 1st gen trucks I see on this forum?
Some posts say you only need them in the front to clear the tie rods but I see thats on the 4x4 W250 1st Gen Trucks, how about the 2wd D250?
Are D250 wheels the same as W250 wheels?
Don't I need the 2" spacers on the rear as well to keep the wheels in the correct location in the wheel well? I don't want my truck running around looking like a railway service truck, with the rear wheels stuffed way into the fenders!
I have found a very good USA company out of Texas that make any custom 2" spacers hub & wheel-centric in high strength steel rather than aluminium alloy, their phone number is;
713-691-6728
This is one of there listings on ebay for Dually Dodge ones but they have them as well for SRW

Please Help and thanks in advance!

Yea, 2" spacers would work on the rear and look great , otherwise they'll stick in the wheel wells like you said
Not sure about the front, i was gonna put 98+ 2nd gen wheels on a D250 and scratched the idea because the $$$ in spacers... but you need at least 1.5" to clear the front suspension components.
Only thing i'm worried about is the front tires hitting the wheel well when turning with 235-85 tires.....with the 2" spacer that is.

Thanks for your post, I hope someone has done the front on a D250. Otherwise I may just buy a set of the cheap alloy ebay ones and if it works then get the nice steel ones later.
