bd twins

has anybody han problams with to much boost on the bd twins cant seem to stop the pressure at 50 psi hits 60 in seconds

A lot of people wish they had that problem.

The BD twins come as one-size-fits-all and will generally require a little bit of setup to get them perfect for you. Have you tried pre-loading the wastegate a little more? Disconnect the actuator rod from the wastegate arm on the turbo, loosen the lock-nut, and turn it about 4 complete turns counter-clockwise, then put everything back together. If that stops them too early, 2 complete turns back in. It takes a little tweaking to get them to stop where you want them. You could put in a set of ARP studs and just let them run at 60psi.

I agree, just play around with the wastegate a little bit and you'll get it. Man I wish I could run 60psi
