Banks w/ PDA Anyone got it?
Ok, I know I'll get blasted for this. But oh well, I got a E2 and I was interested in the Banks system anyone have any thoughts. BTW I had BDDL w/ outlook, left a foot print and had to get things fixed because of it. Won the TS Ramifier didnt care for it much. Have the EDGE EZ still but looking to get a bit more than that in horsepower. Also, want something safe. Had a Edge Juice on my 6.0L Crapper Ford. So, I dont think i want to go that route again after burning out at least 5 trans before I stopped counting, not just from Juice 3 bad before i had the juice. So, dont tell me how bad banks is and garbage, I have a C2 EGT gauge already so not really for gauges but for the PDA GPS capability and MP3 player and other business related stuff. Thanks ahead of time for the answers.

I just had a guy that I know take his truck to Dynamite to get his injectors done and put down 407hp 778ftlbs before then after was like 468/9xx! He was VERY pleased to say the least! Alll that and he has an auot with jsut a TC!!!

hey man I have a Juice/Attitude hot box that works great with my injectors and turbo(I am kind of partial to it sine I helped on development of the chip), but like you I am looking at the banks with PDA, my 01 was a Banks truck and it put down some power to the ground. I drove a truck that is very close to mine in mods that had the Banks with PDA and I was impressed.

Well, I got the PDA now, got a hell of a deal. Got the PDA, GPS kit, 64mb Card, 2 year full replacement warranty, 2gb card, all for the mighty price of $470. with the government sticking $40 of taxes in there. I think i got a good deal. The PDA is awesome and now just waiting payment from the guy that bought my BDDL w/ outlook to get the banks system. I would love more opinons but doesnt seem like many people are running it at all. My friend got it for his 6.0 it's definately cool. You can get more power than the plain 6-gun and speed loader, set you own safety parameters, and it's got all the safegaurds. I just don't want the thing stickin out of my dash, I'm really happy with the 6-gun and speed loader though.

In all the ads, Ive seen it using a Palm Tungsten II PDA. Can it use any PDA w/ the Palm OS? Treo is what Im getting at....
I like the idea and wouldnt mind shelling out the dough, but Id rather use a more current PDA to control it.

I got a deal from Fry's Electronics for the PDA. They had a guy return hit who bought it 1 hr before and i was there when he was returning it. His wife didnt like it. So they gave it to me for a discount since it was already opened. Give Todd a call at TCDiesel. He will cut u a deal on the PDA and his pricing on the Kit isnt too high. If i decide to get one it will be through them. Just the Docking station and gun kit is kinda up there in price.
