Sounds like I am having similar/same problems as you with my 6" kit. They also didn't include the spacer for the carrier bearing, and its definiltey needed.
What kind of symptoms did your front driveshat create to force you to take it off?
What about that carrier bearing? Did it have problems before it, and, did you solve it with the spacer?
Do you think getting a longer driveshaft for the front will solve these problems?

When I got my superlift 6" kit, I planned on getting new rear springs made for the truck. I wanted to see the stance, then have the springs made up.
But I didn't expect to have front driveshaft problems (if I even do).
My problem is it has takeoff shudder, and, higher speed vibe that tends to dissapear when it downshifts but is noticable in overdrive at heavyer throttle. But definitley feels like driveline, and, it started the day I got the kit.
I added a 2" spacer for the carrier bearing, and the problem went away 75%, but not completey. Same problems, just less so...
