Just like the title says,
I am on my second FP sender and this one started acting funny yesterday. Started to do the rapid cycling thing just like the other one before it took a dump. After about 10 miles it stopped and was fine. I had heard that they were working on a replacement a few months ago but haven't heard anything lately.

When at idle or low rpm mine bounces all over the place. When on the throttle it is usually okay. It did not do this when new, though, so I suspect its on its way out. For reference I have one of the newer 100 p.s.i. units.

 

I heard from GDP that the ground in the quadzilla commander can be the problem. My fp doesn't really makes sense to me as it says up to a max of 7 lbs when it's revved up, and I have the fuel boss mech pump, I thought they usually go around to 15-20 with the 'stock' spring.
I haven't asked Quadzilla, but can't you get a replacement fp sender or a improved one under warranty if you ask Wictd? Is your sender a improved one? I remember reading about the newer senders that Quad was going to come out with.

 

I called yesterday and was told they will be getting some heavy duty units later this month. I put my name on the list to be called by Quad. My second unit had stopped working.

 

I had heard that they were getting some HD units as well. Mine name is supposedly on the list to. Thanks for the responses guys.
