The raptor would be good for a DIY kit and would be a very solid pump. The Airdog already incorporates the necessary features to provide clean, air free, water free, and consistent fuel pressure. Good thing about both is they have lifetime warranties.

Well, if you're use to the quietness of the Walbro.... it's gonna be a big change to a Raptor.

When I first got mine, it was ridiculously loud. I called about it and they said you should barely be able to hear it. So, they sent me another. It's no different than the first one was. They are loud.

The fact they test each unit before they go out leads me to believe, nothing was wrong with the first one, it's just the way they are.

I will say one thing... PureFlow does have great customer service and a good product. The Raptor is like a grinder pump... it would take a lot to clog it up.

both great pumps...I like the filters on the AD and the air separation...if you already have GDP 2 microns filter set-up a raptor would be a good choice tho...I dont think they are loud...but they are louder then a stock pump or walbro so I can see why Ty thinks they are loud..

Raptor is loud...but FLOWS.

It is kinda toss...2 Walbros correctly plumbed is a lot of piping...but would be QUIET.

I simplified and turn the stereo up...Raptor for me.

Really I only hear the Airdog before the truck starts, after that the stacks drown out the rest of the noise. Its really not that bad, i don't hear it while its idling or nothing.

I'm looking @ the 250gph, can you set the feed pressure to 15-20psi?

I'll be putting in an AD100 connected to a Liberty canister to make it easier, but I'm not pushing 900 HP either!
