Anybody have any experience with any of the electronic modules for the 600 Cummins? I hear Edge just came out with one, Banks has an expensive one, Predator, ...

Just looking for some information on mileage and performance. I've been looking into the Edge EZ but I want to find out about other peoples experiences so far.

Any info. would be appreciated.

 

The new EZ modules from EDGE are soon to be shipped and had some good reports from the beta testers. I am running the TST PMCR and its awesome! I just recently dynoed my truck at 450.1 HP and 1050 TQ, Not to bad for $1000 in mods! The other chips I have no experience with.

 

what settings are you driving around in? I should be getting mine soon, and i have been thinking about what setting i should drive on so i can get at least 10,000 miles out of my stock clutch.

Don't forget Bully Dog. They just released a 50/90 for the 600s.

 

I drive it all day long on 5/5 with absolutely ZERO problems and if you dont lug your truck below 11-1200 or so RPM and come on hard with this box your clutch can survive. When I really use the power I will stab the soot pedal at about 17-1800 and hold on.

 

Performance and engine related. This one is way in deep space, so I'm moving it to the appropriate location.

 

Edge has the EZ out and will soon follow with the Juice for the 600. We have tested the EZ and the Juice and they both perform well. The Juice especially has good pulling power through out the power band. We have also used the Banks Six-Gun with speed loader and stock these for the 04.5 Cummins. The Six-Gun with new programming has a much improved bottom end performance as well as the top end to back it up. As for mileage we saw a little bit with the EZ and Banks and just slightly better with the Juice.

 

I feel very strong gains from the EZ and my MPG has gone up 10% or more under light foot driving.

Any idea on when the Edge Juice box will be available? Cost? If the Attitude gauge will be available with it? Any info will be appreciated.

 

We have been told the Juice with Attitude should be released middle of this month. I will believe it when I see it. The release of this box has been delayed many times this year so we are not really saying much until we have the boxes and know all the details.

 

i dont bother with anything else but the banks i have one installed on mine and let me tell you i havent even heard a burp fart or nothing i have no complaints except buying new tires all the time but when you can do donuts with the best of them in a 4x4 crew cab nothing makes u cheese more

 

Is there anything yet that eliminates the wasteful 3rd injection event? It is just making the Shieks richer.
