I asked DR Performance that question in regards to fuel pressure. They said yes, nothing more. Some people are using them and have positive experiences.

I would be concerned about running this box on a 600. Even in the lowest setting (50hp) it's still hard on the injectors. Over a period of time the higher pressures will damage the injectors.
There's a discussion on this here....

I plan on keeping my ctd for a long time so I don't want anything that is pressure only or has high pressure spikes. I just hadn't see anything on these in my short time as a member. thanks I guess the TST is looking better and better all the time.

I have been running the stage 4 module on my truck for almost 10 months now. The only thing that has happened so far is that the LP went and Dodge replaced it with the new in tank one on warrenty. Took the module out to have the tranny service done and thought I would drive around for a while with it out(stock). Man I only lasted about an hour before I was back under the hood reinstalling it (takes about 1 minute). As far as performance goes it is great, fuel mileage has gone up to 17.8 mpg in the city. I would seriously look at getting one of these.

Just .02 worth

Now my module is duration and timing only. I dont know what it is for the new 600's but mine has nothing to do with pressure.

Smokeitup nailed it on the head.

My pops is running a Stage lll in his 03. We've had it on for about a year or so with no major problems. His Lift pump did quite on him and they installed the newer version in the fuel tank that pushes instead of sucks. We took it off for one day and the truck just felt so sluggish. Needless to say it went right back on the next moraning.
