4 Wheel powerslide in you Cummins?

I had the opportunity to drift my Cummins through the Target praking lot this evening. (Long story someone stalking my wife and baby)

I just wondered how many of you have had the opportunity to do the same on dry pavement and how your rig worked. Mine worked surprising well as a pursuit vehicle.

Not much of a pursuit vehicle, but hasn't left me walking yet.....

More importantly, did you resolve the issue? I hope your family is safe and secure.

Primary function is to make the family safe and secure!

I do not drive like this otherwise.

Thanks for your concern!

Hope all is safe and sound with your family.

But as far a power sliding....I use to do alot of crazy Edit before I almost died in my 99 CTD.

I've been knowen to throw it in 4WD to get more traction when I use to rally the Edit out of it. Snow covered streets were also a blast, I use to drive sideways just for fun. Oh may I reccomend 4WD donuts, there AWSOME....The truck pivits in the center of the cab. It looked like I worked for MOTOR TREND....

Now I drive like a grandpa....not as bad grandma....

P.S If I had the $$$$ I run Pikes Peak in a heavily bombed CTD... I was sooooo comfortable behind the wheel...

Had mine in a beautiful power slide when I had the EZ set to level 4 on a wet street, and I didn't mean to.

I drifted mine off a nice sharp exit ramp... was going about 40 and was already getting tire squeal, hit the fuel and broke the rear end loose and it was like a ballet recital for my truck... God these trucks drive so good!!

I used to do it all the time. It's so easy to control the slide with the throttle. I haven't don't it on dry ground since the lift for fear of flipping but on wet grounds .
