03 H.O. turbo elbow question

i am taking th eengine brake off my 03 6spd,and want to get a larger diameter turbo elbow will a alter model 4" elbow fit or am i stuck with a 3.5" from a 2003 truck?

The 4" off of the 600 series ('04.5-07 5.9's) will fit with no issues.
