what year for 6.7 liter

Hello all im looking for another cummins i have a 91 so it is time to upgrade, what year is the 6.7 liter i know the 08 have it, but do the 07 have it also ,and do they also have the 5.9 i want the 6.7 so i want to be sure i know what tolook for thank you

January 1 2007 and later manufacturer date for the 6.7. Anything before that will be a 5.9 in that model year.

The 07 model year can have the 5.9 or 6.7 depending on the build date per ^^^. Some people with the 6.7 say it is an 07.5 for the model year.

thank you for all your help and im looking for a 4 door 8foot bed auto with shift the fly, 1 ton single rear wheel 3/4 ton would be ok but i want the heavyer running gear may never use it to its full potenshl but i know i could and not damage it when i buy a truck it has a lifetime contract with me hence that why i still have a 1991 diesel, running gear ok but body getting real rough, thank you all again have a great weekend

The running gear is the same from a 2500 to a SRW 3500, heck even a DRW has the same running gear, just a DRW hub vs SRW hub...

oans were h ok i though that some 2500 had a 10/34 ring vers 11/12 ring and i though the trans were differnt, well that makes a differnt in which truck, i can find 3/4 ton all day long vers 1 ton thank you for your help
