Anyone running either of these?
Trying to decide if I should go with the AFE open filter design, or the S&B with the air box design?

I've got the S&B on mine, I took it off when my truck threw 2262 code.. just so the dealership wouldnt say anything about it. I noticed a slight performance/mileage gain, but the sound of the turbo/exhaust brake was the biggest benefit!!

 

Anyone reading this post know what the 2262 code means????

i think it means "boost not detected"... it threw the code & my exhaust brake was acting really strange.. the light clicked off the next morning & its ran normal since, but i'm keeping the OE intake on it for another tank or two just for ***** & giggles...

 

look into amsoil nano filtes just use compressed air and a vacum cleaner and your done and on your way not time sitting around watching it dry out and you dont have to worry about oil getting on your turbo wheels

but its really up to you
