Power Folding Windows

I recently noticed a newer 2500 in a parking lot which seemed to have different mirrors from my 06. Are power folding mirrors available on the newer trucks? Thanks.

no, no power fold... they do make a different style towing mirror that can be had from the dealer, but they don't power fold. they do have the integrated turn signals though.

I have the towing package on my truck, the mirrors manually fold in. I have to do this every night to clear the garage door. I pull in real close to the door frame so as my wife's car will not ding my doors, if she opens her passenger doors. She opens them all the time to load items in her car. The cost to replace one is $400 at a body shop (insurance paid for one) forgot I did not fold the mirror in one night.

Thanks for the responses. The Dodge website leave a lot to be desired. I must have seen the model with the intregal turn signal. It seems like someone would have marketed a power folding mirror by now. I have the same fold the mirror routine to get into the garage.

Yep, I'm in the same boat too. I would gladly pay for a power folding feature. And to make matters worse, I have the center console-rain, sleet, snow or sun, if I'm by myself I have to get out to fold in the mirrors. Major PITA, because I melt when I get wet!

I clicked on this thread all excited to see what a folding "window" looks like - I'm disappointed!

Is this what you saw:

Personally, i think they are hideous. If they were power folding and telescoping i could see the point in them, but the "normal" trailer tow mirrors are 100% more aesthetically pleasing than these. Again, just my opinion.
