Power/Folding Beavertail?

Has anyone ever seen a GN faltdeck with a power beaver tail that can raise and lower. I've seen big trailers with them but never anything we could pull.

It would be cool to have a 30ft trailer that had the last 8 ft fold up and down, lower it for loading cars, level for transport or fold it straight up for tight storage/maouvering withan empty deck.

I just saw a PJ yesterday with it, It had an large IH tractor loaded backwards and the front wheel resting on it, no sag or dropping, I'd say it was approx 6,000lbs on it.
It was SSWEEEEET !!! I wish I can add it to mine. No more ramps to lift up/dowm pop up beaver tail bouncing, and dock loading.

I just sent and email to PJ to check the cost of installing that to mine, we'll see the reply

Hey thanks! That's what I was thinking of. Do you know if the deck will fold up 90* as well? That would handy for storing and getting in tight places.

The hydro beavertail is a $2400 option over the standard 3 ramp tail.
They wont fold up. Well they will a few inches over center so you can set the saftey stop.
I am ordering one tomarow with the 3 ramp tail. I would use the beavertail enough to justify the extra cost.

Right now I have a 34 with 2 12K axils and it has the popup 2 ramp tail. Going to a 36 with 3 10K axils. Hopefully no more blown tires for me

Why stop at 36, go all the way to 40ft. I love mine, but you have to learn to turn, unless you have your axles moved forward a little, then you have to watch your tail swing.

I haul a lot of hay around the farm, I ran one load to town to weigh and I was over 49K. If I went with a 40ft, I wouldn't have the self control to keep myself from adding another 3 bales which would be another 4500 pounds.
