There is a needle-type grease fitting on the front drive shaft. It is almost flush with the U-Joint surface and very hard to see.

Where do you get the adaptor for your grease gun so you can use it on this type of fitting? Are these Dodge specific or do they sell them at any auto parts store?

Not Dodge specific. I think Napa has them. I did not see them at Advanced Auto (but didn't ask either).
