Info on the Cab n Chassis

Looking around to find info on the emissions for the cab n chassis, came arcoss this article.
Says you can remove the muffler.
Nox emissons? Not on cab n chassis?

Nah, its just that the muff only really acts as a little extra sound control. The cat and DPF do the real duty.

That's what it has, and a muffler. No nox filter.

It has NoX emission controls, it's called EGR.

Maybe so, but it is my understanding the pickup models have a third emissions control in the exhaust. I thought that was what everyone was talking about in the previous posts, the exhaust system.
