Exhaust brake hanging

Taking it in to the dealership tomorrow. Surprises me since there's only 25k on the truck. I might be using the wrong oil. Anyone else have this problem?

The E-brake stays on after I press the gas pedal. It releases after a few seconds. Makes the tranny buck a few times. Btw...change of plans, haven't made it to the dealership yet.

Do you still have the DPF's?
My E-Brake hung a few times, and after Deleats, No more problems.

It's still stock. I dont think it's the e-brake anymore, although it sounds like it. It has studdered a couple of times with the e-brake turned off. That makes me think it might be the throttle position sensor. After a long deceleration, hit the gas pedal and zippo for several seconds. Transmission gets confused and bucks a few times.

Something similar happened to me last week but only for a few seconds and it only did it once. I was towing about 8000lbs going down a gentle grade with the exhaust brake on. Rolled on a bit of throttle but brake still stayed on just for a few seconds. Only did this once and truck isn't showing any codes (not sure if it would for this). Since then it has been fine.

P.S. I do tow quite a bit and try to use my exhaust brake as much as possible even when not towing.
