blown 6.7 cab/chassis 08 trouble finding engine

that would be crazy to downgrade to a 5.9 the 6.7 is a great starting point already more motor just get rid of the emissions you have another great cummins motor they have been using the 6.7 in other things prior just not in trucks so its been around a little longer then everone thinks not saying the 5.9 is bad its strong also

Was not sure what you were referring to, sorry. Had to much sun today.....

But yeah, the engine is the same. The EGR/DPF system differs slightly. The tranny is different.

I would nail that dealer to the wall with questions and like hounddog said, want proof (which doesnt exist)
