bigger tires..stock wheels

what do you think about putting 305/65/r17 on the stock wheels? with leveler kit...07.5 ram.

Would look just fine.


Lil Bro had a set of 35x12.50 Toyo MTR's on the stock rims on his 07 Mega Cab with just a level kit. Looked real good.

I just bought a 08 quad cab and I'm looking at tires/leveling kits. Can anybody give me some cab hights with thier setups? I have to be able to still fit it inside after the upgrades!! Thanks!

with a leveling kit you will get 2'' up front then whatever tires you put go from there........

ya i wanted to see what the tire sizes that people are talking about acturally look like.

also worried about the ride and bottoming out on the front end, i hear some people say ride sucks and some say its better

Truck looks awesome bud, i have the same year and model but not 4x4. i am going to level it but i think yours sits a little higher due to the 4x4' love that look.

No rubbing even when the truck is flexing a bit. I think the front might rub the stock mud flaps if I had them though.

I am looking to put bigger tires on myself. Running 285s on stock rims now. Just put a hell bent steel 2 " leveling kit on looks great. Went to get it aligned and they told me they couldn't because my passenger side upper ball joint was bad. Crap. So back into the garage I go, just got to find time. I'm putting billstein 5100s on and a new dampner. They'll be here tomorrow.
