Aftermarket Gauges for the 6.7, Recommendations?

Hi everyone,

Please let me know what you all recommend for aftermarket gauges. I imagine EGT, trans temp, and boost are the main three one should get. Let me know if my assumption is correct. What brands, wear to mount (Pictures if possible), prices one should pay for them, do they make a kit with all three, and are they hard to install, I will probaly get help anyway for the install because I do not have the experence yet on the diesels? I searched the threads and I could not find anything specifically for the 6.7’s at least I didn't see one but I find Isspro as one of the brands that come up a lot. Are they still good? I have not used Isspro since I was a kid with the hot rods and jeeps.

Ok here's a dumb question but I think I remember reading someone had trouble with there warranty just because they installed some gauges. Other then that there were no mods, have you heard this before. Has any 6.7 guys had this sort of trouble over gauges?

Give me your commits and recommendations please.

Thanks!!
Dave A

I bought the Commander unit that mounts on your pillar and gives you EGT, Boost, Trans temp, water temp, and can also monitor fuel pressure and other stuff. All in a nice digital display, you can also set alarms, etc. I thought it was a good deal since you can buy it from DTR on this website and get a really good memebers discount. It was like $300 for the whole setup including all of the sending units.

I took mine into the Dodge dealer the next day and showed my salesman and the service manager the setup. They really liked it and are considering selling them as a dealer added option. This particular dealer does lots of after market add-on business. They didn't see any warranty issues at all with the setup, but the did caution to NOT add any performance boosters like chips & downloads, or exhaust modifications. Those items could void your warranty if you have problems later.
