Thanks for the pics, good thing I bought a 08 that thing looks like a Ferd clone, does not look to manly anymore, or is it just me? I vote ugly! Maybe it will grow on me but I don't think so. The interior is the only thing that actually looks really nice.

I might have to think ma bout trading the ol "99" in!

I love the look, styling, stance, side boxes, interior. Just might be time to go deal with the boys.

Do they have a diesel as an option yet?

I don't know if I like it or not. Some shots I do but other I don't. I do like the instrument cluster and center console. The interior of the doors looks a little cheap. The bed is small. no more wheel wells. I guess I will just have to keep my new truck that still has the temp plates on it. I am sure this one will grow on me though.

I like the blue one, but I'm partial to blue. Interior looks great, but I wonder how those seats feel...

No. The Cummins V8 is coming in 2010 (dabute probably in 2009) along with a hybrid.

The Box is just as big as fords and chevy with the crew cab. As far as I know, no the doors are not cheap, there nice looking and I have heard soft this time.

I could seriously see getting one of the Cummins powered versions of this truck for the wife in 2010. It would make a nice family/light duty towing rig.

i would be willing to bet we won't see this body style in the 2500 and 3500 trucks until 2010. Just like in '02, the 1500's will debut in '09 with the 2500 and 3500's following suit the following year. there are alot of things to be happy about with this new truck; the bedside tool boxes, the cooler in the back floorboard, the storage area above the glove box, and most of all, the cupholders in the door panels. I dearly miss the door panel cupholders from my old chevy's and would LOVE to see them in a CTD interior. The styling I am not crazy about (though like most i am sure it will grow on me), but the functionality of the design far outweighs the cosmetic appeal. If everything on this new bodystyle works as well as it looks like it will work, i think i will see one in my driveway as soon as a 3/4 ton model is released.

It is smart for them to wait until 2010 to release the 2500/3500 in the new style. Like all new things there will be growing pains with the first trucks of the redesign. could you imagine having to take you 6.7 in for its emissions problems AND anything that might go wrong with a new body? It does seem that they really thought through alot of nice to haves on the new truck.

I think it is an awesome new look........especially the interior and the bed boxes........I never did like the headlights when they changed them that they wrapped up over the fender ............glad to see they changed that back.
