Would this work?
I have a 06 ram 3500 4x4 6spd with the cummins. I dislike the need to use computers to upgrade the trucks computer. Think a 12valve motor out of like a 97 dodge would bolt in? I think this truck would be the sweetest truck ever with a 97 12valve p pump motor. any ideas suggestions or info?

What about all of the other options on your truck. Would cruise, ABS, ect still work without the computer?
I wish I had enough money to buy a $40,000.00 truck and put an old motor in it! hahahah
